We offer over 75 tables for scheduled and open play. Some tables are reserved for scheduled sessions, while others are available for casual, drop‑in play. Attendees are welcome to borrow games from our Games Library and play anytime during event hours.
Scheduled game sessions run in 2 hour and 30 minute blocks. This is usually enough time to teach and play most board games in one session, or run a full RPG adventure across two sessions.
Want to run a game? Become a Game Host! Bring a copy of your favorite game and teach or run it for fellow attendees.
Board Game Hosts are expected to play the game with their group.
RPG Hosts act as the storyteller or narrator for the adventure.

Game Hosts submitting 6 sessions or more receive a FREE badge
Each successful session (with at least 2 additional participants) earns a $10 vendor credit redeemable at any Sponsor Vendor booth.

If your game requires more time, you may combine multiple sessions:
Up to 6 sessions on Friday and/or Saturday
4 sessions available on Sunday
R‑rated or mature‑themed games should only be scheduled after 8:00 PM.
Please ensure all content is appropriate for the time slot and audience.
